You need to change the NS records. Then once those are changed to Cloudflare, you can add A/AAAA records.

Without changing your NS records, Cloudflare cannot handle traffic/do SSL.

You'll need to add your Cloudflare NS records to your registrar (for example, Squarespace, Namecheap, Porkbun, AWS Route 53, etc). Once those have been added (replacing any existing ones), Cloudflare will allow you to add DNS records from the Cloudflare dashboard, pointing it back to where it was.

I have issue my service it certificate by Let's Encrypt
ISRG Root X1 (E6) but customer trust cert my service via ISRG Root X2 until yesterday customer can't access to my service
Im sent ISRG Root X1 to customer immediately for re-trusted cert it work. Why this issue happen ?

I think it can be use becuz X1 , X2 it cross-sign chain

I use cloudflare to provide letencrypt certificate, mean that cloudflare does provide only Let's Encrypt E6 Cross-signed by ISRG Root X1 and not provide E6 signed by ISRG Root X2 ?

Cloudflare has two types of certificates:

Edge Certificates are what your visitors see, and cannot be downloaded or used on your own server, only on Cloudflare
Origin Certificates are what allows Cloudflare to connect to your server securely, and can be downloaded and used like a regular certificate. Note that these are not trusted by the browser so are only used to allow Cloudflare to connect to your server securely.
