Amy process was update get the error, rollback, pin 17 version, read discord, hit system upgrade app, reboot directly to login and it worked

KYour machine will restart, you'll need to enroll the key, and then you can turn secure boot back on
ASo what was the rundown of the problem, fedora updated shim and it broked everything downstream that had that as a dependency?
KThat also means this whole time you haven't had any kmods
