Cannot login

I can't log in using my GooglePlay account, and this issue only occurs on my device. When I try to log in on another device, I can log in using GooglePlay games.

Solution

Please perform a routine repair of the game from the login menu, clear game cache and reset the device app preferences and network settings through device Settings > System > Reset phone > Reset app preferences/Reset Wi-Fi settings. Please also check if you have the developer options enabled for the device and disable the developer options. Restart your device and try to log in again, @Allan Runcandel.

Can you check for Google Play Store update, @Allan Runcandel? If it is available, try to update Google Play Store first, and then try to log in again.
