Yes, we set it, like 3-4 months ago, however we set it up again like 2 days ago

so you removed it and set it up again? why? can you post your cloudflare configuration? maybe you reset your nameservers and your records are wrong? all the posibilities :D

Yes, we removed it and set it up again, cause we were receiving that error, plus our emails stay in outbox folder

Dmarc is just an authentication thing, so it's not responsible for that not outging thing at least
