account hacked by someone

I was connected my account to facebook and email and someone from turkey hacked th account and disconnect my facebook and change my email to his own email and now I can’t access the account unfortunately and i send request on the game support page and wasn’t helpful please help me to recover my hacked account

Solution
Please submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim. Ensure that the details you provide are accurate, otherwise your claim may be rejected.
