Hello, my account was hacked by attackers
I tried to log into my account, I succeeded, but when I logged in I saw someone else's nickname, and a couple of minutes later I was kicked out of the account. Please help!!!

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery....

Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
I sent a request directly from the game, but I don't have my primary phone on hand, I had it back in 2018

Hi, I need urgent help.
I took a break from PUBG Mobile about 6 to 12 months ago. Recently, I started receiving many notifications that someone tried to log in to my email. When I reinstalled the game and checked my account, I saw that it was banned.
I also checked my Google account activity and saw that there were about 10 login attempts from different places, including Germany and Turkey.
Here is my account information:

- Character ID: 51904330998
- Bound with: Google
- Server: Europe
Please help me recover my account and remove the ban. I did not use any cheats or break any rules. Thank you.
