Doh yea, though topgrade always ask if you want to reboot, even if nothing was updated
VIf something is asking you to run another command for it to work, and it's not detecting anything, restarting said program after running the command is smart.

Dwell i mean sure, as the next logical step, but it wouldn't help if the average non-technical user has been conditioned that restarts are not necessary
VThe "Linux doesn't need restarts" philosophy, while technically true, practically isn't a LOT of the time when you're not running a server that requires some level of uptime.
KLinux doesn't require restarts that take a lot of time

MThe desktop I can change to any of my monitors supported resolutions, the issue is in game full screen.
