MYou can sometimes compile CUDA support in sunshine with cuda-gcc on copr but it is absolutely impossible to replicate in any reliable fashion for distribution
Muntil nvidia updates with gcc 14 compatibility I’ve given up on it
MIt’s disabled in their docker CI build for Fedora too
