Sure? Workers shouldn't 404 at all unless you return that error yourself

What is your hosting provider? I would guess it isn't Cloudflare in this case

Yeah, Cloudflare can't run Azuracast(it can proxy it though). You would need to find where it is actually running

welp now we know: https://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-incident-on-june-20-2024 they were rerouting a decent chunk of traffic in Europe due to cpu utilization. They weren't dead, just Traffic Manager going crazy and trying to balance stuff

There is a ISP in Germany which wants Cloudflare to pay more so they route the traffic far away. If you are using that ISP then that would explain the slow speeds

i am assuming its a security reason, but is there a known reason why managed transforms only let you keep the same hostname and change the path?

i want to transform
*.mydomain.com/robots.txt to load mydomain.net/resources/robots.txt so that all the projects hosted on mydomain.com can use the same robots.txt file instead of having all 900 projects need their own

i don't know what i can tell you. there's nothing on. I also just noticed the proudflare banner in the top left here on discord. with CF images also being a let down, this is the straw that broke camel's back. will find an alternative... good luck
