Okay... I think I found the solution:
Steam can see my drive with "Identify as: /dev/disk/by-uuid/XXX-XXX-XXX"
I had it with just UUID, maby it's different for encrypted drives :)
Btw... I didn't know GNOME Disk is that powerful, I love it. It's even super helpful with encryption.
