I mean the reality is, that it is pretty hard to get fast responses from CF without Ent or live support, which can only help with somethings. What kinds of issues are you likely to run into though? Global, wider, or reproducable issues can be escalated here by us or on the community forums. Same for generic/setup questions. Billing issues/specific accounts issues do have to go through normal channels and can take a while, and we can't really do much to escalate them, but thankfully most are non-blocking.
