I'm using FDE with Luks and I think about using TPM to unlock my encryption and just log in regular with the GNOME Login Manager.
Is the KDE or GNOME Login Manager as secure, as the "Ecryption Key" screen from Luks? I head you can bypass it somehow . . .

Aand the TPM LUKS encryption of bazzite will only stop petty thieves, which tbh is up there
Vyou can also set it to unlock with a yubikey or other fido2 key manually, which me and a few other people in this server have done
Aif someone has extended access to your device it can be bypassed, you need UKI for it to be proper
Abut if you think your device might be at risk for being stolen you can temporarely disable it
