Nah, am using this right now, no issues but I also run rhino only, not pedals
Ncouldn't really find a reliable suitable one with the correct barrel plug (there are two different 5.5mm I think?), so I thought I may as well go XT60
Nin the future if I revamp the front plate I can just remove the adapter and go straight to XT60

Jcould the power supply that is in the prebuilt ffb base also power another motor for ffb pedals? If not, I already have a 1000w meanwell 24v power supply (UHP-1000-24), could that be swapped in to power both?
BI like the look of the Virpil FLNKR grip for me it will come down to the weight and whether I want to swap out the CM2 grip and how much that will be. I find the CM2 is a good choice with the Rhino for flightsims and then I use the Alpha primes on non-ffb bases for space sims

B... And I love it. I had Alpha and Alpha Prime... I went back to TM's A-10C and F/A-18 grips. But I'm def getting a FLNKR. it feels super nice in the hand, and the new hat design is very clever.
BBTW I know I mentioned this "somewhere" but the hat design of the FLNKR is new. When you press down slightly on the hat to actuate the center switch, it gets "locked to center" so that the other four (or 8? I don't know) switches cannot also be activated. That was the main thing I didn't like about the Alpha grips.

BThe regular rhino doesn't have an internal psu, just your regulsr 180w power brick.
HImportant is the Amps the PSU can deliver. The more the better of course, but you can limit the power draw of the motors in the software. So when your PSU can deliver 40 Amps (make sure that the Amps can be delivered on the rail you are using if the PSU has more than one) you can power 4 motors with 10 Amps each or 5 with 8 and so on.

FHi all, some assistance required - I am looking to use a VKB Tomcat Grip with the VP Rhino - I want to floor mount the Rhno and need ~200mm extension by my calculations; can I use the VKB one or will I need a third party, and what adapters will be required?

WYou can use either a Virpil extension or a VKB extension. I'd recommend a Virpil extension + VKB adapter on top since the M36 thread is more robust vs the VKB nipple for a long extension.

SSo the rhino throw is 44° in all directions right? So if i want to order a throw limiter plate that matches the 75% program limit is set then that should be 33°? Its basic math but just wanna make sure i dont overlook anything

SWhy wouldnt i? The full throw is to much and the default 50% (11°) on the throw limiter plate is to little so 75 is the happy medium for me
