I saw that with Discord. One was a system install, the other a user install. My uneducated guess is the user install is due to an updated version of the client being installed via Discord's updater.
what's the worst that can happen if you uninstall the user version? You revert to the system version, perhaps? Might be a problem if settings schema revved for that app, and the app responded destructively.
FWIW I'm on 128GB. Granted, I have a couple 1TB non-SSDs, one of which is absolutely full of Steam games I'll probably not play on this machine anyway.
I don't really know what happened or if a note should be added to the install guide, but after installing Bazzite to my OLED steam deck it would freeze on either the Bazzite logo or the Welcome screen with the language select. On the Welcome screen it wouldn't respond to any input, but I let it sit long enough (5 minutes?) and it eventually gave an Installing message rebooted and now everything is working. Very strange
I can't seem to login on Wayland after upgrading to 3.5.0? I'm able to get in if I switch to X11 at the login screen. If I use Wayland I'm met by a blackscreen?
Aw man, I forgot how badly compressed the audio is on the OLED Steam Deck in SteamOS. The first game I launched in Bazzite is a night and day difference. What in the world were they thinking?
Same pipewire graph? There was something valve was doing to route the output to the built in speakers through some filter. My assumption the pipewire config for Bazzite was the plain Fedora one
