I can't seem to login on Wayland after upgrading to 3.5.0? I'm able to get in if I switch to X11 at the login screen. If I use Wayland I'm met by a blackscreen?

Same pipewire graph? There was something valve was doing to route the output to the built in speakers through some filter. My assumption the pipewire config for Bazzite was the plain Fedora one

I was having this before :stable release and turns out my HDR monitor was the problem. For some reason it refused to login in Wayland while HDR was on. I disabled it directly on the monitor and got into desktop, after that no more issues.
