Rwhat's the height of the gimbal stem coming out of the Rhino?
MAnyone know how to fix (nose up trim aka hat dwn) moves my stick forward

Mforces fly correct but trim force is wrong
MIf i swap axis in config then force is reverse but trim is correct

MYes lol. Turns out MSFS you have to unbind your axis and let trim do its thing. Sorry I am a real pilot doing this stuff and just hard to explain. Essentially the software and sim are conflicting on this stuff. Best way I can say it is if you fly and pull nose up trim (trim hat down… stick travels aft, nose goes up) the rhino moves fwd. anyway I kinda found a solution in the support
CNo worries I totally understand, I am a GA pilot myself. But not a software expert, so guessing on double checking low hanging fruit.

JSo is the lead time on the Rhino still a year?
WCurrently it's about 190 days, but I guess with the other FFB options becoming available this waiting time will shrink.
HConsider a Kit-Build. It isn't really (much) cheaper but much quicker. And it's fun. (...if you're into DIY)

RIt’s worth the wait. Not sure how the competition will stack up but either way the software and constant support from developers it’s the best purchase for dcs and flight simming since vr.
CFully agree Rhino is a game changer in flight simming VR was some years ago for me. Using it as cyclic for helicopters and won‘t flight without it anymore.

JNo, not saying that, I just like to have things to compare to. I can tell already the software is 100% what makes the Rhino amazing, just from what I've seen (someone demo'd the Rhino for me). Moza is still working on their own Telemetry FFB stuff so time will tell.

OI'm also in the Dad crowd. I would happily go Moza/etc but I'm not sure about their software for DCS which can be really tumultuous to develop around.
DFrom what Ive got, it shouldnt take too long actually and thats with me being absolutely incapable of working with wires. Like absolutely nothing. I can tune triple webbers for you in like 3 tries but if it has a wire, my brain melts

I’ve got two of my own and I know lots of the other guys do too so I get it for sure.
For what it’s worth once you assemble all the parts the Rhino build takes about 5hrs.
So it’s not a “weekend project” it’s basically an afternoon into evening project
It’s super straightforward and actually a lot easier than it looks so if you decide you’d rather not wait..
Try the DIY you’ll see it’s not so bad and as you know it’s a great feeling to DIY.
