Steam downloads inflict denial of service debuff on my system
Whenever a Steam game is downloading, I am unable to use the internet anywhere else. Browsers cannot connect to internet, same with Discord too. I am connected to my router via Ethernet and have not changed any network drivers or anything like that, this is a fresh install from a couple of days ago
