KArch is what you use during your Chunni Linux Phase (which comes directly after the Edgelord Phase in which you use Kali and/or Gentoo.)

XIDK; these days Im mostly Atomic Fedora of one flavor or another, but my main workstation is still Arch and probably will remain that way for a long time
GHonestly there's a lot of DEs available for base Fedora Atomic, so it's definitely getting to be less of an issue unless you want something very niche

GYou just won't get the gaming optimisations like on Bazzite (but if you care about that, you'll want KDE or GNOME for their feature set anyway)
