MHave you tried running rpm-sorted update just to make sure everything is current and ready to go?
Ci think i hit a stroke of bad luck, i found some threads about needing to revert bazzite to an older version to get sunshine working on a new install until they fix something
Cbut i cant downgrade due to the new signed keys 
Ci swapped to fedora 40 kde for now, im going on vacation next week so ill try again when im back
Cill do that next time i put bazzite back on... i just want a sunshine capable desktop to remote into while im at my friend's out of town for the evenings

Ci like kinoite because of the toolboxes (distrobox) and my laptop has it running great, my desktop is another story lol
MLike 40 requires downgrading mesa, and it messes up my sound in wine, and like, people are helpful and the discord is active, but there wasn’t anyone helping me with my sound, and it was like 3 days, I decided I was willing to deal with rpm-ostree and the immutable file system for the improved stability lol

Ci found bazzite just because i was trying to get my nvidia desktop working with kinoite and well nvidia drivers were hell to get working XD
Cjust i chose the wrong time to switch to it as sunshine is broken
MNobara is just straight a fedora base, and that would be great if on 39 it didn’t crash switching between game mode and desktop, and on 40 the updater wasn’t respecting excludes, and mesa wasn’t messed up without downgrading, and the sound issue wasn’t a thing, if that, I would use that
CI'm liking immutable because there are few latent failures, it's all catastrophic

Mnah, on Nobara you can just timeshift to fix that revert your mess ups

Qalso i use https://github.com/Martchus/syncthingtray when i'm on kde plasma, and i'm pretty sure that i need to install it to the base if i want to use it as a plasmoid
