MIn windows, we have, 2 diferents Dxvk to use
MThe normal Dxvk , and the dxvk Async
MTo translate dx11 and etc to vulkan
MWith dxvk you have stutter, and with the async not
MThere have 2 diferentes web pages

Mfor use dxvk on windows need to put Dxgi and the dx11 dll on the game folder with The dxvk.conf
MAnd you obviusly cant not have the 2 dxvk version because the names of the file are the same

To compare with stock dxvk, rename or delete your state and shader caches
Use DXVK_HUD=pipelines to see the pipeline count go up (hopefully) without stutter

Othat said I don't recall having stutters bad enough to try to use dxvk on Windows when I was using a 6700xt
