Obluetooth on that seems to be the Intel AX210
Owhich I think is one chip that does both wifi and bluetooth
KI have the intel AX210 in my framework laptop
Kboth wifi and bluetooth work without issue
KIntel is insanely well supported on Linux
OWhat shows up in System Settings under Bluetooth? Assuming you're on KDE, though I'd expect Gnome's settings to also have a bluetooth section
OI don't have a BT adapter at all but the section is still there for me, just shows this

BOkay so I finally got it working...
So I've had this issue happen in the past and I solved it by power cycling the PC. Sounds too obvious to be true but it worked back then. Thing is, I made multiple attempts today and it did not solve it. So, this time I unplugged the power cable and just left it unplugged for about 30 minutes. Came back, booted up, and now bluetooth is working again
Honestly I don't even know what to say.
