Last time I tried to play on Android, i used octomap or some program like that, but Genshin stopped supporting it. It's been a while but as far as I know they only support the razer android controller
mantis works for me... or at least worked recently, like earlier this year. but if it supports one controller, I'd be surprised if you couldn't spoof any controller to pretend to be that
