Vthey removed that bypass in the latest versions but actually made it easier. now you just select “Set up for work or school” in the installer without ethernet plugged in and state you don't have wi-fi

Gif they're on separate disks that's ideal yeah
CIf you prioritize Bazzite in the BIOS you should be able to boot to Windows 11 in its GRUB menu before it boots(the one where you select OSTree generation)
CIt will probe the other disks for bootloaders and add an option automatically on install
Gjust remember that they use different file systems and you dont really want ot access the same data across OS's
Gthings will break or just not work if you do that
GSo you will need two steam libraries, etc
THey guys I have a prospect that makes me giddy. Would it be a good idea to get a mini PC similarly powered to the steam deck, and install bazzite on it? I think that would be really neat. I just don't know anything about mini PCs, but I know they make plenty that are somewhat powerful.

GYes, although if you're not going for something portable that has compromises for power/battery sake, you should probably build something with a bit more punch
