Bso... looks like negativo17 updated some stuff in the nivida packages, so that's part of the problem, not just the kernel update from 6.9.6 to 6.9.7

Fixes build issues from past few days related to nvidia.
I did test this build locally to confirm it builds cleanly. So we should just need to verify the checks and let it merge.

BI just looked at build logs... first thing i saw was referencing kernel versions so i thought kernel skew...
but then I notices this line:

this caused me to go looking for negativo17's packaging changes
https://github.com/negativo17/nvidia-driver/commit/da500effacb0d02d51cc130475ab1edc63e92554 and the changes matched the error message
but then I notices this line:

MSomeone on bluefin latest is reporting that when trying to do anything with glx they get a popup stating missing glxfb config. Make sure you have up to date packages.
Bdo you think this was related to an out of sync build of nvidia driver in akmods and packages in bluefin?
Mit may have just been flatpak drivers being out of date
