MI figured I would have to accept I had to use gnomes built in OSK for those things, at least it’s a nice OSK
MUsing KDE for the last month or so has been nice, there are some features that make it much easier to manage the “start menu” area, and modify .desktop files, and more feature rich file manager, but I’m starting to miss gnome

CPano Clipboard Manager also had a global overlay thing
Kif that doesn't work, I'm out of suggestions. I'm not specifically familiar with what vesktop even is so I'm just suggesting the steps I'd do if any flatpak wasn't working.
