i mean, it's kinda in the legal grey area? you're not breaking any laws (at least i haven't heard of any such cases) but you're definitely not following the TOS (and you're just kinda being a douche if you're doing that)
like idk it's just it just comes off as unethical? not illegal (and it's not like the legality of something makes it ethical) piracy is at least a straightforward process of copyright infringement, most people don't hold any odd justifications for it
exactly, that's why when I release my project I'm not going to generate any keys, track and revoke the licenses I see are exploited, since I want to provide an affordable price to the consumer
