File manangement, moving stuff around on it, at the time I couldn't use a mouse for ...reasons (that's semi changed now apparently?) etc

Yeah. I currently use a Lenovo Tab Extreme, since it at least lets me use it as a laptop (and has a mode for that) if I need.

someone has already bundled it as an rpm (cosmic-epoch, IIRC). I tried it out a few days ago and Not Ready for Prime Time.

I'm planning to hold out and see how theming flexibility goes. I managed, with little effort and a lot of naivete, put together a relatively elegant desktop under KDE. I'd like to keep that much at least.
