sometimes the paypal window pop up and if i see it i find 2 options of 2 cards i linked to paypal and dont see option of paypal balance to pay with it !

i forgot to say my country have dollar issue i cant pay with those cards any more with us dollar so my only hope is PP balance

PayPal requires you to select a card but should use your balance first before handling transactions using the card unless you turn it off in your PayPal account settings
