Pprobably not a DH issue, but some other mod that is doing that. to confirm that, you could try without DH?

Poh thats really weird, as DH should not touch vanilla rendering/other mods rendering in any way. can you try with just DH to see if it maybe is a mod incompatability?
MDoes it happen when you remove Oculus?

BI remember an issue with bliss where leawind's third person/better third person made funny armors become funny

Pthat's what's causing the issue, if you're using Bliss then know that just about every mod that is a third person camera changer breaks armor transparency
