Dthat kinda sounds like you need something like log-messages so you can monitor dmesg in between boots
Dlook into see if rsyslog is an option for you, we use that at my work to diagnose machines that tend to crash randomly with our software, it writes to /var/log/messages whatever you configure it to write, we have it setup to write dmesg logs
Dregular dmesg i think gets wiped in between boots
Iok, got it set up to log, now I just have to wait for a random crash

Win the future look up install instructions for "Fedora Silverblue" or "Fedora Atomic" if it's not in flathub.
