I have been banned for 1 year for owing uc.

My account name is DaddyJohnny6. I have previously contacted pubg mobile support several times via email but the issue wasn’t resolved. I have bank statements regarding all my purchases and I can provide screenshots of all transactions. I have car masterpieces as well as maxed level x suit. Been playing this game since season 4 and really wish to have this problem resolved.

Solution

You will have to purchase 161,981 UC if you want to lift the ban earlier.

You can use the File Claim option when logging into the game if you would like to appeal your suspension.

The system has detected that you made a refund or purchased UC through illegal means.

The amount that was refunded or purchased illegally were deducted, therefore you owe the UC.

Please wait until your suspension expires.

I didn’t purchase any uc through illegal means. I have purchased over 5,000 USD worth of UC. Is there a way for you guys to show me which transaction was voided? I am more than happy to purchase what I owe if that’s the case. Thank you. @Piston
