Ayes. cloudflare pages support multiple branch deployment. maybe u can use this feature to make it work
AYeah I'm using the multi branch deployment, my question is focused on the environments. Currently a Cloudflare Pages instance support only two environments(production &preview).

- I am making websites on behalf of my users, and I want them to have custom domains. I can have them point to the domain cloudflare recommends on pages.dev, but I don't want my users to do that for two reasons. First because I don't want them to need to know that we're using cloudflare, and second because if we switch away from cloudflare we'll need them to update their information. Is there a way to make it so they can point to my domain?

yes you can, just if it isn't documented it can be changed at any time (though i will note, we have no plans to change it and have not done any breaking changes to it since introducing it)

Bis 20,000 builds a limit? there is no plan on the website that supports more builds, and that feels a little low if i'm building a service using pages

Wbut yes, 20k builds is the limit for paygo, ent is needed for more
W20k is ~30 builds an hour consistently for the entire month. A build every 2 mins is a lot regardless haha

EYou cant retrieve the source code, best you can do is list the files on the dashboard and then download those files manually

Byou probably don't know enough about it to answer that. but each user will get their own project, we have direct upload, and each will have under 100 subdomains
B@Walshy I'm reading Setup Pages for a SaaS platform and trying to follow it. Does every customer have a CNAME to customers.example.com? If so how is a user directed to a customer's website without a server?
ISo Cloudflare will internally look at the association of sites to pages projects and send the request to the Pages site that has the customer's hostname.
IYou add the customer's hostname to Pages (but then CNAME to the main one, customers.example.com)
IThen Pages knows where to send requests.

IYou'll need to use the API probably. If you have 1 or 2 customers you can manually add them in the dashboard but that won't scale to many customers.
Wthere's saas' where they aren't changing much per-customer in the looks department, it's mostly just loading backend data so they can use a Function to handle both of those (rewrite HTML + fetch data)
