For now I've just been doing systemctl restart sddm. It is a lot faster than a full reboot. And the command line stays logged in in case it happens again which saves me time
Well wouldn't you know it, working perfectly after a reboot.
I have resolve installed, but now I believe I'm running into this issue: https://github.com/zelikos/davincibox/issues/74. Don't think this has anything to do with the install script as I had the same problems on an AMD card when I setup resolve with davincibox last time.
Oh, you were likely running an out of date image. Check if your Resolve .desktop.desktop file at ~/.local/share/applications~/.local/share/applications is invoking rusticlrusticl.
