And on either, if "enable external display refresh control" is on I get that extraneous 60 Hz slider that doesn't do anything coherent. But on Steam Deck's current OS version the slider controls refresh rate as expected and shows the correct minimum and maximum

is it not possible to install plasma themes on bazzite? I geep getting dependicy errors for alot of the global themes I have tried. it seems to fail when it tries to install a sddm theme?

sddm themes install to /usr in current versions of KDE, those need to be packaged as an RPM and layered to work

I'm achtaully surprised by how little I have had to layer onto bazzite. So far only kvantum, the windows button applet and portmaster. Thinking about it i really don't need a sddm them since i am using the deck image so I don't even see sddm

the issue is that vendors wacky ass electrics can sometimes get overwhelmed as they specifically and only intended for the limit they use by default
