Tgmod native port is a little funny
UHey some feedback - if I change audio to the Family option which seems to be the fixed one, every shutdown or restart changes it back to Rog Ally option. It won’t hold that setting for some reason.
KWhat's your issue with the ROG Alyl output?
UAudio seems distorted at high volumes.. system sounds for example seem to reverberate the shell.
UFamily option is more tinny for sure, but that reduced bass is what’s stopping it from reverberating. If Rog Ally option has the bass toned down just a little it would probably be ideal.
EAll of these TWENTY controllers are connected to my Bazzite HTPC and Steam cant handle it as you can see. Beyond 16 controllers it starts struggling

UBest example is bringing up side menu and then exiting from it.. that sound creates a lot of distortion at higher volumes.
Acould you turn down the volume of the regular family option? the max volume of that option affects the sound of the ROG Ally option

UI can yeah, but then I don’t get enough volume in games. It seems the balance between OS sounds and game sounds is out of whack.. if the OS sounds could be reduced without affecting game max volume it would be fine. Feels like the OS sounds are overpowering.
UOf course there’s a workaround, I can just turn it down and then back up again.. but hopefully it can be further refined in future to get the balance right.

Athe sound convolver was heavily tested on the LGO, but I don't know about the Ally
UThe “easy” solution in my head would be just to reduce the system sound volume by one or two notches.. I don’t think anyone wants loud system sounds.. but I have no idea if that’s actually easy in reality!

Kpeople used to fuck it up lol, turn steam down to 0 and then open a support request like "help my gamemode has no UI sounds!"

Rmy bazzite is being weird it went into magnifier mode and idk how 2 fix it
