Usb4 != Tb4 just has to have some of features so could not actually be a tb4 compliant port

yes yes. I know that. Somehow it started magically working but with even on the old cable after hooking it up once to the bottom USB4 and then abck to the upper. I am still playing around with it. it is not consistent. some weirdenes still going on.

on reading back a bit i'm going to suggest that there isn't an issue that could be solved by messing with cables
