ZAnyone had issues with lockups because of wallpaper engine? I'm 80% sure that's it's causing my system to lock up as it happens when it shuffles wallpapers

SBecause the refresh rate doesn't feel smooth anymore, for some reason 517 build especially on games like GTA V don't stutter
SEven emulation doesn't seem to run as great as 517 build on newer releases, not sure why, but the refresh rate still seems off
