Try starting the game, you'll get a new error (after restarting) you obviously did something that didn't comply with the guidelines and rules of Valorant, hence the reason u were punished and therefore the penalty was placed on your account.

Thats true, it said I violated section 7, and when I checked its about being toxic, and I dont know how to appeal for that
