K@Kyle Gospo Worked perfectly. So yeah, newest Legion Go BIOS update went fine. Disable Secure Boot, use fwupdtool, reboot, wait for update to finish, disable secure boot, boot bazzite, re-enroll key, reboot, enable secure boot again, bob's your uncle.
Mif you enroll the MOK and use third-party UEFI keys it should work
Thonestly ill just layer it, automatically adds a desktop entry too

KCall for testing, the :testing branch of Bazzite now has the LAVD scheduler available. This is a brand new sched_ext scheduler that's backed by Valve. Steam Deck has it on by default, and others can enable it via "Custom Scheduler" in HHD under Energy Management. Desktop users can run sudo scx_lavd and leave the term in the background to play with it

KSure, but if you WANT to use Linux, you have to accept that Nvidia is the only one that can fix half the problems that occur and that they don't care to do so
