im on bazzite gnome, every time my mouse touches any edge of the screen it switches to activity view (i see all the windows), how do i turn this completely off? it's not these multitasking settings i found

HDR is kinda in-work in linux atm. KDE currently has existing experimental support and you can play HDR video with mkv. Gnome HDR support is coming. Cosmic is supposed to have HDR support on launch.
