VI have been getting 140 ping on Singapore servers and 20-24 ping on Mumbai servers, along with occasional rubber banding and packet loss .
Ideal Ping that I used to get are
Mumbai : 13-17ms (no packet loss)
Singapore: 40-48ms ( no packet loss)
ISP : ACT fibernet
ASN : AS55577
