Ummmm. It does help but that’s not what I’m looking for, unless I was doing it wrong…. Think of it as I’m wanting a preloaded spring feel, or a linear spring. Almost center detent like without the bump… does that make sense
I get it. You don’t want a linear increase in spring load. So you have to work with custom spring curves. Maybe someone can explain it better. I didn’t use that feature before.
hello there, @walmis when you last requested i send in a video in the debug mode showing the twist grip values, were you able to view the video i sent, and is there anything more that is needed while you work on the latest update to the register size for the twist grip
Put an additional point on the spring curve (symmetrical) and steepen the first part of the curve. That will greatly enhance the initial spring force right from the center (and increase the centering power).
I finally discovered this! Only issue is the sick starts oscillating and vibrates if it’s too step, if I could get that sorted that’s what I was looking for!
Hey, I got an issue with the y-axis motor. Inflight i just felt an uneven spring force for pull/push (pull weaker than push) It has 2-3 Amps difference for full pull and push. So it’s no imaginary feeling. My understanding of the software is, to manage the power output related to the springforce at a specific deflection?!
Also the X-axis feels more powerful at all at the same gain overall.
How do the end stops work exactly? Is 100% the full range of the calibrated range or the 21/22 deg the rhino is capable of? Reason I ask is I was going to remove my 12deg limiter and use end stops to test different throw degrees….
Im having trouble sourcing my own motor as the ones I've found either seem to have the no integrated drivers and they have different specifications than the ones on the vpforce website. Can anyone help me out?
my Rhino stopped working suddenly this morning. Yesterday, it still worked. I dont hear this beeping sounds anymore when i turn on my computer. I checked if its the powersupply, but i get 24V on that board and also the motors have a green light. Anything else i can debug here?
I'm on same boat, there are few "drone" charger ones with out of the box XT60, but they are 20V The best Gold Standard from my understanding in Meanwell 350/24
DROK 24V Power Supply, AC 110V/220V to DC 0-24V 20A 480W Buck Converter, Variable Adjustable Adapter Regulated 5V 12V 24V Volt Switching Voltage LED Transformer 20A Amp Charger for Computer Lab
I have the virpil warbrd grip & if I don't own a virpil base is there anyway that vpforce config would allow me to change the trim hat to a 4 way instead of the 8 way? thanks for any help
Hey everyone, The Y-axis motor of my Rhino suddenly died. USB Connection lost and buzzing noise on USB-Type A connector and USB Hub. When i unplug the Power connector of the motor, the system comes alive. Plugging the motor of my other rhino works fine. PCB ok, Motor defective? Any chance to get it back running?
