Thanks for the clarification! What I did not notice before is that I'm also really limited by a separate factor here: The max. 6 outbound connection limit. The use case (votings) will produce multiple thousand messages in a minute or so. But the consumer side cannot push messages (in this case to an external backend) fast enough as it is limited to a maximum of 6 concurrent connections. And even worse it won't scale up the consumer concurrency from 1.
