I think not(?) is some weird amalgamation of yum that wraps rpm-ostree itself

just replace anything you'd do with dnf/yum with rpm-ostree (same arguments otherwise, i.e. rpm-ostree install)

plus, with --reflink, it doesnt take that much space
... Until game updates so then the files are different blah blah btrfs thingy

definitely nothing useful beside steam config stuff in there, my saves come from the cloud and whatnot, and i haven't really used steam yet on this system aside from testing one game

well the things is really is that there was a time where I needed to install a package for webp so that a game would work properly
doing sudo dnf install libwebp-toolssudo dnf install libwebp-tools seems to work

yeh but you could also have done rpm-ostree install libwebp-toolsrpm-ostree install libwebp-tools which accomplishes the exact same thing and is the preferred method
