Arch users love documentation so im sure a text that says "-advance for advanced installation settings" would do the trick

no reason to lock things down post-install. The installer should just be somewhat infalliable

Yeah seriously though just keep all the freedom and accessibility but remove any ability to brick their sudo or other things (or administrative privileges)
