I mean, makes sense... honestly Android has the best security practice in my opinion (not in execution, but principle). The act of granting tickets to access a sandbox within the environement with limited access to the hardware is the way I would do it if I was developing my own OS

Windows does something similar, but as you said, many third party apps are able to bypass that sandbox with "microsoft permissions"

I installed windows after reformatting and all is fine. But I see these error messages referencing ACPI go by when launching into my Bazzite USB drive to install Bazzite. Are they normal? Everything with the install seems fine so far…
