Cloudflare banned my Zone but ignores request to review

My zone is banned by abuse report on 5 May 2024, and I did resolved it very next day. Requested Cloudflare for review so that I can do some work on that Zone (Pro, still pays due today) but Cloudflare never reacted.
This is so devastating, I cannot remove that zone because it's still serving billions of requests, but cannot continue to work on that zone because any modification is prevented since Cloudflare banned that Zone and refuses to process review.

Can someone please, help me out?

If you feel that a site is engaging in illegal or inappropriate activities, you can submit an abuse report at https://abuse.cloudflare.com/. The Trust and Safety team will review the details and reply if appropriate. You can also report the site to your relevant local authorities. Reports cannot be filed via Discord or with individual employees or Champs.

I'm kind of lost, what else I can do now? It seems requesting via support tickets is being ignored.
