checking storage configuration

Can someone tell me what else I can do , I am unable to install bazzite on rog ally x. I have 4 tb ssd and I partition 1tb . I disable fast boot from windows. And still getting errors . Have no clue what else to try. Here’s are some pics. Been trying for over 2 days

errors in the log like that while installing - do they resolve when install process is finished? also bazzite has typically took a bit longer han other distros - it would look stuck; but never was

in my experience seeing errors in the log while install isnt necessarily a failure, unless its actually hanging at that point

@Swayze_Mane the issue I’m having is when selecting the ssd as you seen in the pic , it doesn’t allow me to use it for some strange reason

i would maybe try get something like an ubuntu or popos installer and try see if you can edit the partitions with gparted.
heck maybe run a disk check from windows to see if that detects anything weird with the partition table or something. at least thats what i thought about

right click the C drive in windows and it should be under tools
for the ubuntu or pop os installer you can get them here (they are a different linux distro) and they should have a program called gparted that will let you edit partitons and it does a partiton table check when it starts and will ask you if you want it to fix it if it is slightly broken (like having the wrong size vs physical size)

uhh i dont know, i use diskmgmt only for adding drive letters in windows since i dont trust it with anything else.

i used to use minitool partition manager (because they didnt just apply immediately and looked more similar to the linux tools i was used to) in windows back when i used windows more, idk if they are still good though

I got everything working , I used gparted after Bazitte installed. I used disc mgmt and it separated my 4tb to 2 tb in shrink options and then automatic partition work when installing Bazitte , then after installation , I used gparted to shrink Bazitte and give back 1tb to my c drive , I had to shrink and move stuff around in gparted
