for the Win 4 it's been acceptable, because the hardware really did basically not change at all
it's the win mini where they they really should've changed the id, since they changed the display to the Ally display

Not practical til Lina gets vulkan going 100% I'd imagine. And all the microvm stuff gets sorted. But I haven't kept up on Asahi development, maybe that's all been done

I last tried Asahi in early June and it still had quite a ways to go. Some people did have some games running with microvms but it was all older titles and not great performance. Proof it CAN work, but it as a ways to go to be practical. Vulkan may help.
