Cant Log On Main Val Account

Anyone help fix? i have secure boot on, UEFI bios, bios up to date fully, drivers full up to date, vgc off, TPM 2.0 on, i tested another fresh account and i got in first try, i've unistalled and reinstalled the game many times, check for corrupt files, and everything. I legit can play fully on any other account.
